Step 1
Spots the gap
Compares each client's usual rebooking pattern against how long it's actually been, and flags no-shows, quiet regulars and cold enquiries.
How it works
Four steps, running quietly in the background: spot the gap, send the text, let the client book, see the outcome.

Step 2

Step 4
Every conversation lands in one of four states: booked, paid, waiting on a reply, or needs you.
Rebook enforces STOP requests, quiet hours, and consent in the messaging pipeline itself, so this is not something an owner has to configure or remember. ACMA’s 2024-25 telecommunications report found 96% of Australian adults used text messaging in the six months to June 2025, which is part of why SMS is the channel Rebook uses rather than email or an app notification nobody opens.
Rebook is not a booking system replacement. It runs alongside whatever a business already uses to take bookings, reading appointment history to find gaps and sending follow-up SMS to close them. Client data can be brought across by CSV or calendar export, and stays the business’s own.
Only clients who match a gap against their own booking pattern, such as a no-show or a client overdue against their usual rebooking interval. It is not a blanket broadcast to the whole client list.
Yes. Every SMS exchange is visible to the owner or staff, and any conversation that needs a person's judgement, rather than a straightforward booking, is flagged as needing you.
STOP is honoured immediately and permanently for that client. This is enforced in the messaging pipeline itself, not left to manual follow-up.
No. Messages respect quiet hours, so clients are not contacted early in the morning or late at night regardless of when Rebook identifies the gap.
Client Reactivation Software for Salons and Clinics
Rebook finds clients who have gone quiet, starts the SMS conversation in your voice, and books them back in automatically.
